A concrete floor was cut and removed, 200 cubic yards of soil excavated, removed and tested, and the facility reopened on schedule following the Christmas break. An indoor groundwater monitoring well was also installed, developed, purged, sampled, and tested successfully. All work met or exceeded Water Board approval.
