APEX prepared and implemented a workplan health and safety for dewatering of contaminated groundwater and removal of contaminated soil. This work included the excavation and disposal of over 973 tons of material and treatment dewatering for more than 60,000 gallons of contaminated water and a report summarizing the excavation and laboratory results. The work was required so that the construction contractor could install a section of sewer line adjacent to a service station with leaking UST's on site.
